The three-component system
Phenethyl Alcohol
Rose-derived
Primary antimicrobial. Naturally present in rose and other floral oils. Controls bacterial and fungal growth without disrupting skin flora.
Glycerin
Plant-derived humectant
Supports hydration while acting as a co-solvent that stabilises the system. Keeps the skin barrier intact throughout preservation.
Caprylhydroxamic Acid
Coconut-derived chelator
Boosts antimicrobial efficacy by chelating metal ions that microorganisms need to survive — broadening protection naturally.
