Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every formula we make. If something is wrong — damaged in transit, faulty, or not as described — we will make it right. If you simply change your mind, we ask that the product be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days.
Request from your account
Sign in, open the order, and choose Request a return. If you ordered as a guest, use the order status link in your confirmation email. We respond within 1–2 business days. You can also email care@bushandsalt.com.au with your order number if you would rather not use the portal.
Package it up
Return the item in its original packaging where you still have it. Opened and part-used products are fine under our 30-day guarantee — just pack them so they survive the trip back.
Post with tracking
Ship the item to our Canberra address using a tracked service. Return postage is at your cost for a change of mind; if the product arrived faulty or damaged we cover it and send a prepaid label.
Refund issued
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Frequently Asked
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the following business day. You will receive a tracking notification by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
My order shows delivered but hasn't arrived.
Please first check with neighbours, building reception, or in a safe location at your address. If the parcel is still not found, contact us at care@bushandsalt.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can often update the address. Contact us immediately at care@bushandsalt.com.au. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit. If you receive a faulty item, we will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no charge.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We package every order with care, but transit damage does occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email the images to care@bushandsalt.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item immediately at no cost to you.
Can I return an opened product?
Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked — including on products you have opened and tried. Scent is personal, and you cannot know how a soak suits you until you have used it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at care@bushandsalt.com.au and we will arrange an exchange, store credit or refund, whichever you prefer.
