Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every formula we make. If something is wrong — damaged in transit, faulty, or not as described — we will make it right. If you simply change your mind, we ask that the product be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days.
Contact us first
Email cs@bushandsalt.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation.
Package securely
Return the item in its original packaging, unused and unopened. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Post with tracking
Ship the item to our Canberra address using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty.
Refund issued
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Frequently Asked
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the following business day. You will receive a tracking notification by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
My order shows delivered but hasn't arrived.
Please first check with neighbours, building reception, or in a safe location at your address. If the parcel is still not found, contact us at cs@bushandsalt.com.au with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can often update the address. Contact us immediately at cs@bushandsalt.com.au. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit. If you receive a faulty item, we will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no charge.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We package every order with care, but transit damage does occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email the images to cs@bushandsalt.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item immediately.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bath, body, or skincare products. If you are unsatisfied with a product's performance, please contact us — we will always try to find a resolution.
