We print your message on a card inside the box. We aim to replicate the personal quality of handwriting — but if you'd like to send a handwritten note of your own, simply slip it into the order notes at checkout.
Yes. Recipients can exchange an unwanted gift for store credit — they just need to contact us at cs@bushandsalt.com.au with the order number. We'll handle it gracefully.
