The Formula
Not a shortcut. Every ingredient earns its place.
The morning counterpart to Harmony. Australian Yellow Clay gives both the Morning Revival Bath Soak and the Energising Body Scrub their soft golden cast, and both are built on Australian Sea Salt with Magnesium Flakes. The aromatic signature is citrus and mint — Lemon Myrtle, Grapefruit and Peppermint, the same three across soak and scrub. Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) carries more citral than lemon peel itself, which is why the scent reads as sharper and cleaner than a lemon oil alone.
The Energising Body Scrub is the more refined of the two salt scrubs: finely milled macadamia shell sits alongside the sea salt, giving a more controlled polish than salt on its own. The Lemon Essential Oil is cold-pressed from fresh rind rather than distilled, which keeps the top note bright. Citrus oils are photosensitising — see the ritual below. The Ritual

Draw the bath warm, not hot
38–40°C. A morning bath wants to wake you, and water above that range does the opposite.
Three to four tablespoons beneath running water
The Morning Revival Bath Soak under the tap, so the yellow clay disperses through the water rather than sitting at the bottom.
Twenty minutes, then the scrub
Immerse, then use the Energising Body Scrub on damp skin at the end of the bath — ankle to shoulder, firm but unhurried.
Pat dry and dress
Leave the conditioning film from the soak on the skin. It is doing the work the moisturiser would otherwise do.
Lemon oil for the room, not the skin
Diffuse five drops. Do not apply the Lemon Essential Oil neat to skin before sun exposure — cold-pressed citrus oils are photosensitising. For the body, dilute to 1% in a carrier and keep it for the evening.

Cold-pressed citrus oils contain furocoumarins, which make skin more reactive to UV. Diffuse it freely; if you want it on the body, dilute to 1% in a carrier oil and apply in the evening.
You can, and the soak is lovely at any hour. The citrus and peppermint profile is simply better suited to waking up than winding down — for evenings, Harmony is the one.
Soak first, always. Twenty minutes of warm mineral water softens the skin and makes the scrub both gentler and more even.
Milder than the Renewal Body Scrub — the milled macadamia shell gives a more controlled polish than salt alone — but it is still a salt scrub. For reactive skin, the Mama Calm Body Polish is the gentlest we make.
Six to eight full baths from the soak, eight to ten uses from the scrub, and considerably longer than either from the 15mL oil.
