Steam-distilled for high 1,8-cineole content — the compound responsible for the characteristic clarifying, decongestant quality. Gentler and more complex than Eucalyptus globulus.
The Ritual

Diffusion (recommended)
Add 5–7 drops to a cold-mist diffuser with 100mL of water. Run for 30–60 minute sessions. Longer exposure is not more effective.
Bath use
Always dilute first — 5–8 drops into one teaspoon of carrier oil (Macadamia or Jojoba). Add to a drawn bath and swirl to disperse before entering.
Massage blend
Dilute at 2–3% in a carrier oil. For every 5mL of carrier, add 2–3 drops. Apply to the desired area and work in with firm strokes.
Steam inhalation
Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of just-boiled water. Drape a towel over your head, close your eyes, and breathe steadily for 5–10 minutes.
Caution
Never apply undiluted directly to skin. Keep away from eyes. Always perform a patch test before any topical use. Consult a practitioner during pregnancy.

Never undiluted. Always dilute in a carrier oil at 2–3% before any topical application — that's 2–3 drops per 5mL of carrier oil such as Macadamia or Jojoba. Undiluted essential oils can cause serious skin reactions.
For regular diffusion at 5–7 drops per session, 3–4 times per week, approximately 4–6 weeks. Occasional use will extend it considerably. Each bottle contains approximately 300 drops.
Cats and dogs have a significantly heightened sensitivity to many essential oils. We recommend diffusing only in well-ventilated spaces and always allowing pets to leave the room. Consult your veterinarian if uncertain.
