The Ritual

Draw a deep, warm bath
Not hot — high temperatures dissipate minerals more rapidly and can irritate skin. Aim for 38–40°C.
Add the soak beneath running water
Pour 3–4 tablespoons directly beneath the tap as the bath fills. The agitation encourages even dissolution.
Allow to settle
Wait 2–3 minutes before entering. The water should appear slightly milky and carry a distinct botanical aroma.
Immerse for a minimum of 20 minutes
Take your time — the ritual works best when it isn't rushed.
Pat dry — do not rinse
The residual botanical layer that remains on the skin after patting dry continues to condition. Rinsing removes this benefit.

Our Lumora and Mama Calm ranges are specifically formulated fragrance-free for reactive and sensitive skin. Our other soaks contain natural essential oils which may be stimulating for highly reactive skin — always perform a patch test.
